THE EMIRATES (UAE) OFFICIAL ROYAL MEMBERSHIP CARD

 This is a permit document approved by the government and the Royal Household of the UAE through the Department of the Ministry of Interior for Residency, Royal Membership Cards, Marriages and Palace tours. 
 
 The Royal Membership Card grant free access to people from all round the world to gain access to the Royal Palace and access of meeting with the Rulers of the Emirates, the Crown Prince, other Princes and Princesses within the Emirates and the Royal Membership Card grant access to visitors who wish to tour the Royal Palace and within the Emirates tourist sites. There are different varieties of the Royal Membership Card which determines functions and period of its validity.

FUNCTIONS OF VARIETIES OF THE ROYAL MEMBERSHIP CARDS AND VALIDITY PERIODS

  It is good to know that there are several varieties of the Royal Membership Cards and it also serves several functions and accesses according to its kind depending on the particular variety you purchase and these are the functions listed below. 

● TEMPORARY ROYAL MEMBERSHIP CARD: This variety serves for the period of 1 to 2 years before it expires. Though it serves same purpose and functions as the VIPRMC and same benefits.

● VIP ROYAL MEMBERSHIP CARD: This variety serves for the period of 1 to 4 years before it expires. The VIP ROYAL MEMBERSHIP CARD holders have access to other Emirates Royal Palace for touring and visiting as a guest of honor accorded with a preferential treatment in responsibility of the Royal Palaces visited.

● ROYAL DEPLOMATIC MEMBERSHIP CARD: This variety serves for the period of 1 to 10 years. This variety of Membership Cards are mostly given to peace ambassadors from all walk of life. People that have contributed to their nations, states and communities by promoting a peaceful dialog. We call them world peace ambassadors and upon obtaining the Royal Deplomatic Membership Card, they gain access to the country automatically including access to the Emirates Palaces with full sense of belongings and participation in all of Emirates activities. 

● ROYAL PARTNERSHIP MEMBERSHIP CARD: This variety does not have a specific validity period as it is issued on the basis of policies (agreement) and procedures. This variety is issued to those that want to partner with the Emirates Palaces on investments and development basis. The Emirates Governments are known for its cooperation and partnership with different bodies around the world for investments and developmental purposes such as Real Estate, Tourism, Aviation, The Oil and Gas Industry and lots more. ● THE ROYAL GREEN MEMBERSHIP CARD: This variety has no validity period because it is a life time permit. It does not function only within the Emirates (UAE) but it is extended to with full access to all countries under the GCC (GULF COOPERATION COUNCIL) and accesses to Asia countries on visa free and all countries across continents that are visa free to the EMIRATES (UAE). The holder have access to do any business of his/her choice and access to the Emirates Loan Scheme, also include scholarship for them and near relatives and lots more of benefits.

THE OFFICIAL MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE OF THE EMIRATES (UAE)

  In the Emirates (UAE) it is important that all Marriages most be done under due diligence in accordance with the law as it is required by the Government and the tradition of the Arabs entirely that a man and a woman most be legally married under the Emirates marriage law under Acticle 4 and 5 of the constitution base on secular rules. Couples are not allowed to have a pre-marital affairs as it is against the the Arab tradition and Islamic laws.
 
In accordance with procedural requirements specified in Federal Decree- Law No. 41/2022 on Civil Personal Status and Abu Dhabi Law No. 14/2021 on Civil Marriage. It is Important that every couples must obtain the marriage certificate at the Federal High Court or should contact the Palaces Management Authorities @ Emirates Royal Affairs Management  for a proper registration and to obtain the marriage certificate.

  It should be noted that it is very important and most essential for foreigners who wish to marry an Emirati, either a Prince, Princess or an indigene of the Emirates must obtain the marriage certificate as it will enable the groom or the bride who is a foreigner to gain full access as his or her Emirati spouse. The marriage certificate will also serves as a legal document in the Office of Foreigners Affairs of the Federal Ministry of Interior and it help to process a citizenship documents in due time.

BENEFITS OF THE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

The benefits of obtaining the Emirates (UAE) legal marriage certificate 'documents' is so much that all cannot be mentioned, but it isrest assured that upon obtaining you legal marriage certificate or fulfilling the Emirates Marriage Rights, you become a citizen as every Emiratis within and outside the Emirates.
